NGS Earlsdon 2011
Some of you will already know about my poor gardening efforts in the past. However, this doesn’t mean that I can’t enjoy other people’s gardens! In fact, when the weather is so beautiful here I found myself craving a sunny, grassy spot that I take for granted when I’m in the country. Today as part of the May Day Earlsdon celebrations, I went around the local charity open gardens with a complete stranger that I met when buying my map which was an afternoon very pleasantly spent. Here are a few of my favourite things…
Going Up

Forget-me-nots… these are my favourite flowers, and they were absolutely everywhere 🙂

Little Hidden Retreats… I really want one of these in the corner of the garden! This was an absolutely immaculate little hut with a seaside theme, so many of my favourite things in one place.

Hazy Sunlight & Dappled Sunlit Corners… I miss my dappled spot on the swing-seat at home!

Going Down

Overly neat gardens… I love a few untidy corners! Much better for wildlife and wild flowers 🙂

Garden gnomes… don’t even get me started on this one, they don’t deserve a picture on my blog! So for now, just a little pic of me, happy in the sunshine, skiving off my uni work 🙂
